We require a Business Development Manager to develop further business with architects, designers, contractors, tile retailers and distributors; primarily, but not solely, in London and the South of England.
You will be tasked with growing existing and developing new business opportunities, within a targeted and specific market segment. You must be proactive, self motivated, have the ability to work as part of a team and enjoy the challenge of promoting unique concepts to a targeted, vibrant and growing sector of the market. The ideal candidate will;
  • Be based in or around the London area
  • Have knowledge and experience of the specification market in relation to a construction related product or service
  • Have a proven record in a similar sales role
  • Possess IT skills to include working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Be self motivated, organised and have good interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial capabilities to work effectively on your own as well as part of a dynamic creative team
  • Prove ability to problem solve and be creative when dealing with customers and co-workers
  • Be flexible to work when and where required
