At Armatile Limited we are currently seeking to strengthen our team and we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Sales Administrator, based in our head office in Armagh.
The successful applicant will be part of our highly-motivated Sales Team, working within a busy and successful office being able to multi-task and prioritise workloads. You will have a key administrative role in supporting the sales team, so you need to be well organised, energetic and professional, consistently demonstrating high attention to detail and maintaining our great customer service. Main duties will include processing a high volume of incoming enquiries, monitoring ongoing orders and providing an important link between the sales team and our customers.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A working knowledge of Sage Line 1000 and CRM systems would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
